Some friends of ours, Lee & Sarah Kemp needed to sell their previous home in Greenwood since they are church planting in Fort Smith. I had been in their home once when they lived there and knew it was a doll house with a great layout. We jumped on the opportunity a $112,500!
The previous renters had indoor dogs and to say there was dog hair everywhere is an understatement. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into getting it ready for new renters. They have been in a hotel in Fort Smith and were in a hurry to get into the house so we made record time painting everything except the master. I also painted the bathroom cabinets and Darin and Daks installed new outdoor lighting. I'd still like to texture and paint over the wallpaper at some point.

Instant update with painted cabinets!
Erin helped me finish up the Living Room while Darin was at work.
The Kemps had recently painted the exterior Gray and added cedar shutters and column. We added the garage hardware and the lights.
